Welcoming Mr. Richard Johnson as Our New CEO.

American International University is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Richard Johnson as the new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Johnson, a distinguished member of our university for over two years, has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to academic excellence. His journey within ÀϾÅÆ·²è, coupled with his impressive professional background in higher education administration, uniquely positions him to lead our university towards new horizons of success.

Prior to joining ÀϾÅÆ·²è, Mr. Johnson held notable positions at esteemed institutions, such as Northwestern University and The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign College of Business. He is an alumnus of Knox College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts, and holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois, Chicago.

As we welcome Mr. Johnson into his new role, we also extend our profound gratitude to Ms. Jacqueline Shaw, who has served with distinction as ÀϾÅÆ·²è's founding CEO. Ms. Shaw's leadership has been instrumental in shaping the university's path to its current stature. We are pleased to announce that while Ms. Shaw will be shifting her focus toward private projects, she will continue her association with ÀϾÅÆ·²è in the capacity of Chair of the Board of Directors. In this role, Ms. Shaw will remain an integral part of ÀϾÅÆ·²è, providing her invaluable expertise and insights to guide the university's strategic direction.

The upcoming Spring Semester at ÀϾÅÆ·²è symbolizes a new beginning under this renewed leadership. We are enthusiastic about the direction in which ÀϾÅÆ·²è is headed and are confident that under Mr. Johnson's guidance, with the support of Ms. Shaw and our dedicated faculty and staff, our university will achieve new milestones.

We invite our students, faculty, staff, and the entire ÀϾÅÆ·²è community to join us in welcoming Mr. Johnson in his new role and to embark on this exciting journey of progress and innovation.
